During ESOP month, NTH hosts many activities to celebrate our Employee Owners. Today we had a "Breakfast with the Bosses" event at which several bosses chipped in to serve the Employee Owners breakfast that was cooked by our dedicated ESOP committee.
We had more than 30 employees recognized for being between 20% and 80% vested and one employee, Kelsey Kritzman, celebrated becoming 100% vested in the ESOP program. Kelsey received her personalized NTH / ESOP vest for this achievement. In addition, all employees who are 100% vested received new name plates to show that they are a fully vested Employee Owner.
At the event, we also held a brief educational webinar, where our CFO explained our ESOP investment statements to help Employee Owners better understand how the ESOP works for them.
