Local Engineering Firm Scores High on Diversity, Community and Leadership
On the heels of receiving the “ESOP Company of the Year” award, NTH Consultants, Ltd. (NTH) announced that it recently earned a spot as one of “Metro Detroit’s 2018 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For”. This year, NTH and our employee-owners are celebrating 50 years in business, which makes both wins even more significant.
“The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Companies were assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. In order to be considered, companies complete a comprehensive submission packet followed by anonymous employee surveys.
