Mr. Eric Marko, P.E., leads NTH’s Permitting and Compliance Department, offering specialized expertise to manufacturing facilities, universities, utilities, and public power agencies, navigating complex environmental regulations. As a Project Manager, he actively engages in professional organizations, including the West Michigan chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association and the RNG Coalition Leadership Advisory Boards. His experience spans major and minor source permitting, Clean Air Act enforcement action negotiation and litigation support, process and control evaluations, air permit condition negotiations, compliance recordkeeping, and data analysis.
