Mr. Schanne offers experience in civil engineering, construction engineering, and project management. He has supported a variety of water and wastewater projects through manned-entry condition assessments, closed-circuit television inspections, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, preparation of procurement documents, technical specifications development, design drawing development, and construction oversight. Mr. Schanne’s experience also includes NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), front-end engineering design, cost estimation, critical-path scheduling, design change management, and construction engineering oversight. His construction oversight experience includes Resident Engineer and construction contract administration (CCA) roles. Prior to joining NTH, Mr. Schanne has successfully supported projects for the oil and gas industry in Alaska related to storm and wastewater, water treatment, pipeline integrity management, bulk fuel storage, and corrosion/cathodic protection.
