Mr. Kosnak offers more than three decades of engineering experience in condition assessment surveys, as well as evaluations of distress, selection of trenchless rehabilitation solutions, PACP/MACP/LACP evaluations of buried pipes and manholes, and the development of plans and specifications for underground structures. Mr. Kosnak’s experience includes Project Management of Evaluation and Repair Services including pipelines, underground structures, and manholes, construction materials evaluations, Subsurface Utility Engineering Services, and problem resolutions on field projects.  Responsibilities also include preparation of bid documents, award review and selection, submittal preparation and review, scheduling, cost estimating, project coordination and troubleshooting.
