Mr. O’Connell has more than four decades of experience in managing construction quality assurance/quality control programs for a comprehensive array of projects including highway, healthcare, higher education, airports, hazardous material landfills, high rise office buildings, retail developments, demolition, manufacturing facilities, and community infrastructure. Mr. O’Connell is a Project Manager and Laboratory Operations Manager, and is responsible for training staff in various operations within the firm. Professional skills include client interaction, team building, coordination and training of staff, and coordination with contractors and designers. Mr. O’Connell has managed large multi-million dollar, multi-discipline projects throughout the Midwest.
