Elizabeth (“Liz”) Lyon brings 12 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE), including 7 years focused in AEC. As Director of Marketing at NTH Consultants, Ltd., Liz leads the Marketing team and steers firm‑wide brand, visibility, and external business development initiatives across Michigan. Partnering with the leadership team and department leaders, she aligns marketing and business strategy to elevate NTH’s technical excellence in geotechnical, civil, environmental, and facilities engineering.
Known for collaborative leadership, mentorship, and clear storytelling, Liz helps technical teams translate complex expertise into compelling messages that drive growth and client impact. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including leadership roles with SMPS and SMSHE, where she builds relationships and contributes to industry best practices.
Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.
