We encourage our employee-owners to get involved and make a difference through hands-on service. To support this commitment, NTH offers Volunteer Time Off (VTO) for company-sponsored volunteer activities, giving employees dedicated time to contribute to causes that matter.

Many of our departments and office locations volunteer together throughout the year, creating opportunities for team building while making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
