Mr. Almadhoun has extensive combined experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering, construction contract administration (CCA), infrastructure rehabilitation, and civil design. Mr. Almadhoun has extensive experience in CCA, preparation of procurement documents, technical specifications, and design drawings. He performed several condition surveys, feasibility studies, BOD and design of sanitary and CSO facilities including capital and O&M cost estimates, cash flow and cost analysis. Mr. Almadhoun managed several geotechnical investigation projects, design and instrumentation. He also performed site civil and pavement design, landfill design and construction, and managed material testing services. His expertise also includes construction scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 project management and CCA document control using Prolog, Procore, and e-builder document control softwares. Mr. Almadhoun holds several certifications including CSI certified construction specifier (CCS) and NASSCO PACP certification.
