Her expertise includes day-to-day Human Resources operations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior to joining NTH, Karoline completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in communication and marketing. Karoline is a skilled HR professional with a successful track record of sourcing top talent, enhancing the candidate and employee experience, and managing the NTH LEAD internship program.
