Ms. Leah Olson-Perry brings over 20 years of experience delivering air quality compliance and permitting services in highly regulated manufacturing environments, with extensive expertise in U.S. EPA and Michigan EGLE air program requirements. Leah’s background includes direct responsibility for Clean Air Act compliance, recordkeeping and reporting, emissions testing, and preparation and management of air permit applications, exemptions, and other updates. Serving as an air regulatory subject matter expert, Leah has extensive experience leading compliance efforts for MACT and NESHAP programs and has prepared regulatory reports. Leah has also supported facilities through Clean Air Act consent decree actions, coordinated permitting and exemptions with regulatory agencies, and developed standardized permitting templates and Management of Change review processes to strengthen long-term compliance.
