Mr. Neal offers nearly a decade of experience in building enclosure, facilities rehabilitation, and engineering support during construction. Prior to joining NTH, Mr. Neal trained as a stonemason and a finish carpenter. In these roles Mr. Neal gained insight into the construction process from the side of the manufacturers, created the components for many masonry facades, interior fit out for redesigned university classrooms, and accessibility improvements for over two dozen families in need. Mr. Neal’s design, code compliance, and construction experience includes the evaluation and redesign of roofing systems for major automotive manufacturers, utilities providers, and school districts. Additionally, he provides his clients onsite engineering and construction observation and support often coordinating with multiple contractors to redesign conditions when discrepancies arise.
