Through our LEAD Internship Program (Learning, Experience, and Development), students gain meaningful, hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals on real projects that impact communities throughout Michigan and beyond. Our interns contribute to active projects, develop technical and professional skills, and gain valuable mentorship that helps prepare them for life after graduation.
In fact, approximately 80% of our interns receive employment offers from NTH after graduation, making the LEAD Program an excellent pathway to launching a rewarding career.
