Mr. Grice provides structural engineering, condition assessment, structures renovation and rehabilitation, and project and program management. Prior to joining NTH, Mr. Grice served as an Engineering Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) for a Fortune 500 Regulated Utility company. In that role he supported project development and construction management of various key initiatives, including implementing environmental control systems on coal plants, development of technical specifications for a natural gas combined cycle power plant, and expansion of a utility scale solar construction program. During his career as structural engineering consultant, Mr. Grice has been an engineer of record for commercial, institutional, health care, religious, and mid-rise construction development. Mr. Grice is also well versed in structural studies, reports, and rehabilitation design for buildings, façades, and infrastructure of various construction materials including structural steel, reinforced concrete, structural wood, and reinforced masonry.
