Congratulations Next Generation Program Graduates!

Congratulations to our first group of graduates who completed the NTH Next Generation Program!

The Next Generation Program is a robust 12-month extended onboarding program designed for our new staff to learn more about the company and our culture. We included all staff who have joined us since the beginning of the pandemic and may have missed out on some important opportunities to connect and learn about the company.

The program combines six learning and development modules, one community service activity, two management coffee chats, two off-campus FUN social events, and a technical writing workshop.

We look forward to the future of this program and the impactful contributions its participants will make to our company’s journey ahead.
