Webinar: Asset Management Planning for Facilities

February 26, 2019
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET

The primary objective for facility managers is to keep the company’s buildings and assets functioning and safe. They do their best to focus on preventative maintenance and routine service calls thus avoiding costly repairs; however, some structural components are difficult to see and when issues are finally identified, repairs tend to be reactionary and expensive and may require significant restoration projects. In this webinar, NTH experts will discuss how to develop a basic asset management program that allows you to predict when repairs and funds will likely be needed and how to incorporate sustainable solutions into the planning process. Topics such as scope development, periodic monitoring and inspections, establishing rating systems, as well as addressing the importance of consistent asset naming and equipment labeling, will be discussed.
