Bruce Campbell
Mr. Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer at MISS DIG 811 in Michigan. He is an expert on excavation, construction, and safety and advocates on behalf of our industry to both the Senate Energy and Technology Committee and the governer’s 21st Century Infrastructure Commission. He is the MISS DIG 811 System Board representative to the Michigan Damage Prevention, One Calls of America, and many other industry alliances, committees, and associations. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Michigan State University.

Mr. Powell is Senior Vice President of North American Sales for PelicanCorp. He is a seasoned professional in cloud technology and services. His most recent experience has been with business collaboration tools and Business Intelligence platforms servicing customers throughout Asia Pacific and North America.
