Mr. Allan contributes his considerable experience in aquatic sciences, fisheries, and wildlife biology as Director of the Michigan Office of the Great Lakes, leading the office’s mission to protect, restore, and sustain the Great Lakes watershed. With nearly three decades of experience in environmental and energy policy, he has professionally applied his understanding of ecological management in a variety of academic, corporate, and public occupations and serves as an advisor to multiple water policy boards and commissions.

Ms. Finnell uses here extensive leadership and strategic planning experience to address Great Lakes, conservation, and water-related issues. She presently works to facilitate partnerships and collaborations with various federal, state, academia and other governmental and nongovernmental organizations on Great Lakes research and policy issues, and has led the development of a 30-year statewide water strategy.
