RNG Project Development and Implementation Regulatory Considerations
July 13, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects are in full force across the U.S. and represent a competitive option in carbon reduction and offset markets. Representatives across municipal, solid waste, utility, and agricultural industries alike are seeking to develop, own, and operate these critical assets as regulators increase stringency on greenhouse gas emissions, and the demand for alternative renewable fuels is at an all-time high. This presentation discusses regulatory and permitting considerations related to Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and OSHA Process Safety Management for successful development and design, including presentation of a Case Study and lessons learned.
