Tyler Dawson, Ph.D., P.E. is a Project Engineer with NTH Consultants, Ltd. and specializes in subsurface utility engineering (SUE) including identifying, locating, and mapping underground utilities. He is responsible for coordinating efforts and performing geophysical and physical investigations for all types of utilities from gas lines to sewers to underground storage tanks (USTs). He has successfully located and mapped utilities for roadwork, building additions, utility installation, UST removal, soil borings, and various other subsurface work.

Ryan Butler, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer with NTH Consultants, Ltd. and has eight years of project experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), utility coordination, geotechnical engineering, and construction observation. He has led SUE operations from Levels D through A and has led multiple utility coordination efforts to resolve construction conflicts. He has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
