Senior Project Engineer, NTH Consultants, Ltd. Mr. Almadhoun has more than 23 years of combined experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering, construction contract administration (CCA), infrastructure rehabilitation, and civil design. Mr. Almadhoun has extensive experience in CCA, preparation of procurement documents, technical specifications, and design drawings. He has performed several condition surveys, feasibility studies, BOD and design of sanitary and CSO facilities including capital and O&M cost estimates, cash flow and cost analysis. Mr. Almadhoun managed several geotechnical investigation projects, design and instrumentation. He also performed site civil and pavement design, landfill design and construction, and managed material testing services. His expertise also includes construction scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 project management and CCA document control using Prolog and Procore Construction Project Management softwares. President, DVM Utilities Inc. Mr. Dilegge is the President of DVM Utilities. DVM specializes in underground utility construction, installing water mains and sanitary sewers in Michigan, Ohio, Florida and North Carolina with a crew of 60 employees and over 100 pieces of equipment. DVM was selected as the contractor to replace the collapsed sewer for this project due to their experience and expertise in horizontal directional drilling and innovative construction methods which allowed the team to utilize a low-cost construction method within extremely tight constraints and tolerances. |
