During ESOP month, NTH hosts many activities to celebrate our employee-owners. This year our theme is Superheroes because we think all of our employee-owners are every day heroes for our company and our clients. Planned activities include, popcorn and ping pong, financial and health care lunch & learns, Oktoberfest and more.
This past week, we celebrated one of our most important events - the 100% vesting of some of our employee-owners into our ESOP. We had 25 employees recognized for being between 20% and 80% vested and three employees, celebrated becoming 100% vested in the ESOP program. George Mansour, Cassandra Massey and Samantha Grant received their personalized NTH / ESOP vest for this achievement. In addition, all employees who are 100% vested received new name plates to show that they are a fully vested employee-owner.
At the event, we also held a brief educational webinar, where Charlie Roarty, one of our ESOP Trustees, gave a refresher to the staff on how the ESOP works for them. NTH will host several more events throughout ESOP month (see calendar below).
