(NTH), a professional engineering consulting firm, today announced that due to her strong leadership both inside and outside of the organization in areas including project management, civil and environmental engineering disciplines, and client-focused solutions, the NTH Board of Directors unanimously promoted Rhiana Dornbos, P.E. to Vice President. NTH is committed to rewarding hard work and strong leadership, and Ms. Dornbos has proven that she has the depth of experience and the vision to help move NTH forward into the next generation.
Ms. Dornbos has more than ten years of experience and leads the NTH Air Quality Group, which is comprised of a team of engineers, meteorologists, and scientists focused on Clean Air Act compliance. Through her leadership, the air quality team has experienced significant growth over the last several years, strengthened NTH’s relationship with many Key clients, and won several annual contracts to assist clients with compliance, expert witness, enforcement negotiation, and program management contracts. Ms. Dornbos has also garnered the respect of her team and her peers for her empathic leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence.
